This system takes bags of unfilled capsules, separates them, orients them and loads them into foam shipment rings. The capsules are shipped double layered with a 0 size capsule bonded into a 00 size.
While not fully automated, this capsule loading system takes 16% of the time it takes to load manually while also eliminating fine motor tasks. The system also provides consistency to a task that is very hard to manually control.
