Hi there, I'm Tom, the founder of Bay 3 Designs. Just over 12 years ago, after a 20-year career in the outdoor recreation business, I started this venture to pursue my passion for solving problems and bringing ideas to life. Since then, I've had the pleasure of partnering with over 50 different clients on hundreds of projects.

For me, the essence of creativity lies in physically interacting with an idea. That's why the prototyping shop isn't just a space—it's the very core of Bay 3. From early ideation, to mid-stream optimization, and to final testing and validation, the shop has proven to be a game changer for nearly every client.

I treat each project as a true partnership. Thorough communication, transparency, and honesty are values I hold dear, and they're essential for building the trust we need as we navigate the sometimes chaotic product development path together.
